I \u00e9s que aquest any tots els ens comarcals celebren el seu primer quart de segle amb diferents actes institucionals i protocol\u00b7laris. El Priorat ha convidat Pujol ja que era el president de la Generalitat el 1988, quan van n\u00e9ixer les institucions comarcals, ho van fer concretament el 9 de mar\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Tot plegat quan algunes veus q\u00fcestionen el paper dels consells comarcals , unes institucions pensades per apropar l\u2019administraci\u00f3 als diversos territoris de Catalunya i millorar la prestaci\u00f3 de serveis als petits municipis.
