El comit\u00e8 d\u2019empresa impugnar\u00e0 l\u2019expedient de regulaci\u00f3 per tal de tenir una via legal en el cas que l\u2019empresa cometi alguna irregularitat en l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de l\u2019ERO.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/radiomoradebre.cat\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/CRO-4-3-ADRI-ERO-FLIX-IMPUGNAR-+-VOLUNTARIS.mp3\">CRO 4-3 ADRI ERO FLIX IMPUGNAR + VOLUNTARIS<a href=\"http:\/\/radiomoradebre.cat\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/CRO-4-3-ADRI-ERO-FLIX-IMPUGNAR-+-VOLUNTARIS.mp3\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que els representants dels treballadors de la qu\u00edmica de Flix van ser els \u00fanics del grup ERCROS que no van signar l\u2019acord d\u2019ERO. Amb aquesta mesura s\u2019asseguren tenir una via legal en el cas que l\u2019empresa cometi alguna irregularitat en l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de l\u2019expedient.
